Prices
Our prices for our services for work where we have not given a written quotation are as follows:
All labour prices are per hour. Minimum charge will be for 1 hour. After the first hour, the charge is reduced by 20% and is proportioned to periods of 30 minutes or part thereof.
Weekdays 08:00-18:00 £37.50
Weekdays 18:00-22:00 £60.00
Weekdays 22:00-08:00 £80.00
Weekends 08:00-18:00 £60.00
Weekends 18:00-22:00 £80.00
Weekends 22:00-08:00 £100.00
There are surcharges for the following days: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. The labour charge is increased by 50%.
For all other recognised UK Bank Holidays, the labour charge is increase by 25%.
There is a 20% discount on the labour prices for immediate payment. This discount is forfeit in the event of a payment failing for whatever reason.
Where we have to travel for more than 30 minutes to reach the premises where the work is to be carried out, we shall commence charging from 30 minutes after the time we depart to attend the premises, we shall also charge a mileage charge of £0.68 per mile for the total mileage of the journey, both outbound and return.
Materials are charged according to our price list at the prevailing rate.
Guarantee
We guarantee our repair work for 30 days from the invoice date, provided we have received payment in full for the invoice.
Public Liability Insurance
We hold £2,000,000 public liability insurance.
